Achiyah HaShiloni was a Levite [see Berachot 121 and Rashba"g] and saw Amram. [If we accept the answer of the Talmud there that the decree was not upon those who saw the land for more than sixty years, so he was born five years before the death of Amram - according to this, he was born at the latest in year 2387 and was fifty-one years old when they left Egypt. And the Rashba"g holds that he was born six years before the death of Amram, so he was born in year 2388 and at their departure he was sixty years old.
And if the decree also applied to those sixty years old, he was born at least one hour before year 2392 and was fifty-six years old at their departure from Egypt, as the Rashba"g holds. And in Sheder HaKabbalah it says Achiyah saw Amram for seven years (so Achiyah was born in year 2385) and was fifty-one at their departure (this is an error, for according to this he should have been sixty-two).] Achiyah lived more than five hundred years [see year 2892] and received from Shmuel [see year 2880.
Achiyah HaShiloni was a reincarnation of Avraham (Kokhav Ya'akov, Malkhim).] And it came to pass in those days that there was a great war between the children of Cush and the children of Kedem and Aram, for they rebelled against the king of Cush who had them under his hand. And Kikiyanos went with a great multitude and left Bilam son of Beor to guard the city, etc. And they rebelled against the king of Cush, and the men of Cush accepted Bilam as king [see Midrash section 168 - the entire matter, but there is some omission - see Sefer HaYashar to correct it].
And it came to pass when Kikiyanos subdued the children of Kedem and Aram and returned to his home, and when he approached the city, Bilam went out and closed the gates of the city and did not allow the king into the city. And Moshe fled from before Pharaoh and escaped to the camp of Kikiyanos.
