Yaakov and Esav were born when Yitzchak was sixty years old [(this is Year 2108). See Rashi on Avodah Zarah (9b) (and in Sefer Beit Yisrael Year 2108 is a typographical error, and in Yuchsin in Seder HaKabbalah which the Rambam copied it says 208 is a typographical error)]. And he lived one hundred forty-seven years, and so did Esav. And some say Esav lived one hundred twenty years [(see Year 2255).

Behold, Year 2100 years is forty-two Jubilees, and according to the opinion that the year of the world comes out in such-and-such a way, we find in Year 2100 is forty-two Jubilees and forty-two years.

Therefore in Year 2128 add eight years to forty-two years, because the year of the world comes out at such-and-such which is a Jubilee.

Thus Year 2128 is forty-two Jubilees.

Therefore, when they divided the worlds in their mother's womb, it was the year of Shemittah and Jubilee. And some of the later authorities that divided the purchases, etc. And see Arakhin (29b). According to the opinion of Shmuel that one who sells a field in the Jubilee, the sale is void.

Therefore Esav wanted to void the division (in Sefer Likutei Shoshanim in the name of the Gaon of Dvinsk, the Beit Av, who decrees carefully, see Year 2184)]. From the birth of Yaakov until they sang the Song at the Sea was 250 years, as explained in Bereishit Rabbah chapter 26, 29b. And see Bereishit Rabbah chapter 36 and Yalkut Parashat Noach section 62 and Seder HaKabbalah, typographical error (see Year 1656).

Yaakov was a reincarnation of Adam HaRishon, and this is what is meant by "the beauty of Yaakov was from the eye of Adam HaRishon" (see Bava Batra 58a in the Chiddushim). And in Bereishit Rabbah, the soul that was in Yaakov was reincarnated in Moshe (see Year 2365). Yaakov's soul spark was from Uriel, and his image was in Chanoch (see Year 987). Mordechai was a reincarnation of Yaakov, and Esav was Haman (see Year 3390).

He was the first who sneezed and lived (Pirkei DeRabbi Eliezer chapter 52).

In his days, a woman in the lands of the east taught the method of plowing and sowing the land and all the crafts relating to wheat until baking bread in easy order, and see there further crafts and wisdoms. And in his days there was Argus of Seludia, a great sage who knew the future. They said about him, as a riddle, that he had one hundred eyes. And he was the first to make ships on the sea.

In his days, a philosopher in Rome began to think about nature and he established five divisions that point to the heart [(Seder HaKabbalah)].
