Fifty-nine years into Yitzchak's life [(this is Year 2107)] and Rivkah was still barren, and she said to Yitzchak that he should pray for her as Avraham did for Sarah. And they went to the land of Moriah to pray there [(the text of the prayer is there)], and HaShem answered him and she conceived. And it was when she was seven months pregnant, the children struggled within her, and she went to the land of Moriah to seek HaShem about this matter.

And she went to Shem and Ever his son [(see Year 2084 that he was the son of the son of Shem's son)] to seek HaShem concerning her, and she asked through Avraham, and they answered her a word from HaShem: "Two children are in your womb."
