Rabbi Elazar ben Tadai [Shabbat (123a)]. It is taught in a Baraita in the chapter "HaDar" [Rav Bruna said in the name of Rav that the halacha follows Rabbi Elazar ben Tadai (Eruvin 71b)] and in the fifth chapter of Eruvin in the Tosefta. [And in the Mekilta on Beshalach and in the Tanchuma on Beshalach and in the Jerusalem Talmud on Kira, halacha 3.
