Abba Elazar ben Dolai, as stated in Chapter 2 of Makkot [(Mishnah 10)], and it appears that he was during the time of the students of Rabbi Akiva, Rabbi Meir, Rabbi Yehuda, Rabbi Shimon, and Rabbi Elazar ben Shamua.
