Rab Achai questions Rab Achai in Yevamot, chapter 2 [(24a)] and in the chapter on the oath of judges in the first chapter of Kidushin [(13a)]. There are those who say that he is among the Sages of the Savorim [(who made the She'elotot)], but in the first chapter of Ketubot [(2b)], Rab Achai clearly states that Tosafot wrote that he is an Amora in the time of Rav Ashi [(Tosafot Zevachim 102b)], and every Amora holds his own opinion, like the one who blasphemes, Rabbi Abahu [(see there)].
Rabbi Yochanan should be in it. Abaye disagrees with him. [It is in Rab Achai in Bechorot (5a). It is answered by Rabbi Achai in Ketubot (10a)]:
