רב אחא בר דליא

Rab Achah bar Daliya [(in the name of)] said to him, Rabbi [Gittin (14a) Rabbi permitted him a sukkah (26a). See Jerusalem Talmud, chapter of the leaders, bar Daliya, that they do not take offense, etc.
