Adah bar Menyumi said to Ravina, and the judges of Nehardea are R' Elazar bar Menyumi [(see there) translated before Ravina in Bava Kamma (31b) and Huna bar Bar Idi in Chulin (49a), and one prohibited and one permitted because they were both sitting in the study hall regarding idolatry (Avodah Zarah 7a) in Tosafot, as mentioned above, Achah bar Menyumi, perhaps he is his brother or one and the same. And it also appears that in the Gemara it is stated Achah bar Menyumi, judges of Nehardea (see there)]:
