Rabbi Binyamin was in Italy and he arranged Sefer HaYere'im [(see Siftei Yeshenim)] in order, because Rabbi Eliezer of Metz who authored it did not care to arrange the laws, and this Rabbi Binyamin says in the introduction to Sefer Yere'im that he authored Sefer Yedidut on the laws, and this Rabbi had a wise son named Rabbi Yehudah, the author of Sefer HaTannim, who was in this generation...
