Terach was born in the year 1878 [(and so it is in Rashi on Avodah Zarah (9, 2) and in Yuchsin it says 1879)], 29 years after Nachor, and lived 205 years [(Dorot 9) see Sefer Yuchsin in Sedei Chemed with Ramna's notes as follows: Terach lived until Abraham was born 70 years, that was the year 1948, and his life was 205 years, that is 2152 after Creation. This is an evident error, for if when Abraham was born it was 1948 and you add to this 205 years of Terach's life, that equals 2152, but this is not correct because Terach was 70 years old when he fathered Abraham, therefore 135 years remained for Terach after he fathered Abraham, so Terach died in 2083].
