ר' דוסתאי דמן בירי

Rabbi Dosta'i of Biri, according to some, taught that there is a contradiction regarding the statement of Ula [as it is said that Rav stated that fish are considered a type of meat, and there is a contradiction regarding this matter, and thus it was said to him by Rabbi Zeira, etc. (Mishnah Avodah Zarah 1:1)]. Rabbi Dosta'i of Biri expounded [in Eruvin (55a), Bava Kamma (3:1), and Chelek (Kiddushin 97a)], that Biri is explained by Rashi as a place. [And in the Yalkut Tehillim, section 19, there appears to be a typographical error regarding the name Bibi].
