אבא ביראה

Aba in fear [Rabbi Eliezer ben Yaakov states in Menachot (93b) and I am in doubt whether Aba is his name and in fear is the name of his place, and it should be in the name of Rabbi Eliezer ben Yaakov. Or Aba like Rabbi (see Rabba) like Aba Shaul and the like, and in fear is his name, and he is the son of Rabbi Yehuda ben Ilai, and it requires investigation (see below Rabbi Birna). Or it should be Aba in fear in the house of Rabbi Yehuda ben Ilai.
