Rabbi Elazar bar Avina said, and you shall give Rabbi Menachem [(in the name of) and in Yevamot (63a) Ben Avinai says that there are no calamities except for Israel. And in Berakhot (4b) Rabbi Eliezer said in the name of Rabbi Avina, "Anyone who says 'Tehillah leDavid' etc.," there is a textual error and it should be "Rabbi Avina said," and so it is in Ein Yaakov and so it is there at the end of the page and in Shas 8 prohibitions.
