Rabbi Abba bar Mina [in the name of Rav (Jerusalem Talmud, Rabbi Akiva the Gold) and Rabbi Pappa, which is "What is a Loan?" Rabbi Ba bar Mina, and he questioned Rav (Perek 1 of Bava Metzia) and Rabbi Yisa in the name of Rabbi Yochanan (there, Perek 4 of Bava Metzia, Halacha 5), and perhaps he is Rabbi Abba bar Avina or bar Binah mentioned above, for it is indeed the way of the Jerusalem Talmud to omit or replace letters].
