Rabbi Acha, the brother of Mar Acha, in the first chapter of "Elu Kashrim" [and previously he wrote the genealogies]. Rabbi Acha, and Mar Acha, in the first chapter of "Kiddushin," and perhaps he means the brother of Mar Acha, and his name is Rabbi, and in the chapter "Elu Kashrim," Rabbi Acha the brother of Mar Acha asked a question [thus far]. There is a mixture and confusion of matters here, for the version before us in the first chapter of "Kiddushin" (22b) is Rabbi Achai, son of Acha, and Maharshal wrote Rabbi Achai bar Ada, son of Acha.
And in the chapter "Elu Kashrim" (111b), Rabbi Acha, the brother of Mar Achai, Maharshal wrote in the name of Tosafot that Rabbi Acha, son of Acha, and in the Shas 8, there is another version, son of Acha, which explains there is a place mentioned.
