Avimi of Niyotai, some say Sanu'ta [said: Ba'ali said Avimi Sanu'ta, Shabbat (17b)]. Rashi explains that it is a place, and the Aruch explains it is from Niyot in Ramah. [Ba'ali said Avimi Nuta'ah in the name of Rav, Avodah Zarah (36a, b)].
