Rabbi Hillel of the village [and Rabbi Mana taught him, as found in the Jerusalem Talmud, Pesachim, chapter on the woman, and in the first chapter of Makkot.

However, in the chapter "The Judgment is Concluded," that matter is attributed to Rabbi Mani, not Rabbi Hillel of the village (see there and at the beginning of Bava Kamma)].
