The Shir HaShirim [(folio 69, section 2)] writes that from the compilation of the Mishnah until Rabbi Yochanan, who compiled the Yerushalmi, there were 200 years after the destruction [of the Temple] [(thus it was the year 4028)], and some say 180 [(and so writes the Rambam in the introduction to Sefer HaYad)], which is 200 years after the destruction [(thus it was the year 4128, which requires examination). And so writes Sefer HaKeritot (page 10, column 2) that Rabbi Yochanan arranged the Yerushalmi close to 200 years after the destruction].
