And in year 188 of the Emperors, Hordos ben Antipater the Ashkeloni reigned in Yerushalayim, and in Rome he rebelled. And in year 190 of the Emperors Julius reigned, who was born in the month of Av, and he reigned in Rome on Rosh Chodesh Av, and the month was named after him [(see there, see if you can reconcile these things)].
