Jehoahaz son of Josiah became king at age 27 and reigned for three months [(II Kings 22:31. And in Tzeda LaDerech and Yesod Olam they wrote six months, and Tisha B'Av, and in Seder Olam they completely omitted it)], and they anointed him. He did not need anointing except because Jehoiakim his brother was two years older than him [(Rashi). And in Divrei HaYamim II the sons of Josiah: the firstborn Yochanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
He is Zedekiah, he is Yochanan, he is Jehoahaz (Horayot 11b and similarly Keritot 5b).
And the Ra'avad wrote that Yochanan was the firstborn but did not reign, and Shallum is Jehoahaz, and he brought proof from what is written in Yirmiyahu 25 "Thus said HaShem to Shallum son of Josiah king of Judah," and the Radak explained that Shallum is Jehoiachin]. And he was taken by Pharaoh Necho and brought to Egypt and died there [(Tzeda LaDerech)]. Chilkiah was Yirmiyahu's 22nd descendant, prophet.
