**Zechariah** son of Yarov'am became king over Yisrael in the 38th year of Uziyahu [(Melachim 15)] (which was year 3152) (and reigned 6 months [Sha'ar HaDorot]). It is difficult to find a calculation for the 38 years according to Rashi who wrote according to Seder Olam that Uziyahu and Yarov'am reigned together, which would mean that the end of Yarov'am's reign and the beginning of Zechariah's reign was in the 41st year of Uziyahu, not in year 38.

But Rashi forced himself and said that Yarov'am his father had already reigned three years during his father Yoash's lifetime (and so Tosafot Moed Katan 7b), and then his years which were 41 could end in the 38th year of Uziyahu. Also the words of the Radak are forced, for according to his opinion Uziyahu did not reign until his father Amatzyahu died; if so, Uziyahu did not reign until the 15th of Yarov'am, and we find that all the 41 of Yarov'am were the 27th of Uziyahu, making 38 years short by 11 years.

Because of this he forced and said that those 11 years Zechariah reigned during his father's lifetime. And they didn't know why, but it seems according to the calculation (Tzeda)]. Then in Rome Amulius ruled and expelled his older brother, and his brother's daughter became a nun and prostitute and gave birth to Romus and Romulus. The king commanded to kill her and throw the children into the river, but the messenger had compassion and left them on the riverbank, and a she-wolf nursed them.

After they grew up, they killed their uncle the king mentioned above and seized the kingdom. [See Midrash Tehillim chapter "The orphan You have helped" (Yuchsin article 1 time 1) and in Sha'ar HaDorot 68:2]. In the 14th year of King Chizkiyahu, the walls of the city of Rome were completed by Romus and Romulus who were raised on the milk of a she-wolf. There are those who say the prostitute was called "she-wolf" in their language.

They placed within its walls 7 small districts on 7 hills, and then Romulus began to reign over it after he killed his brother [(see year 185)].
