And Avraham went with his servants and all that he had and they departed from the land of the Philistines and traveled far, about one hundred [mil], until close to Chevron, and Avraham's servants dug wells of water.

Some say the Akeidah was when Yitzchak was twenty-six years old [(this is Year 2085)]. The reason for age twenty-six in particular is that Yishmael was twenty-six when he went out to bad culture, therefore Yitzchak sanctified the Name of the Blessed One at age twenty-six. And some say he was thirty-seven years old (see Year 2084). And some say he was twelve years old (see Year 2060).

And in Sefer Shenot Chaim at the end of Vayera, some say Yitzchak at the Akeidah was two years old, some say eight (see Year 2057), some say thirty-seven, and in Midrash Naaleh chapter 12 and Mitzvah 122, section 16, in the name of Shema Shlomo in the name of Ibn Ezra, he was eight years old when bound, but Ibn Ezra wrote he was five, and perhaps it is a typographical error between five and eight.
