Haran took a wife at age 39 [(that was the year 1955). And in Bereishit Rabbah end of Noach, Haran fathered at six years old]. She bore him Lot, and afterward Milkah, and afterward Sarai. Haran was 42 years old when he fathered Sarah, year 12 of Abraham [(Sefer HaYashar).

And so in Rabbah Lech Lecha, Lot was Sarah's brother, not like the Raavad. Lot was reincarnated in Judah and Boaz, and his daughter who gave her father wine was reincarnated in Tamar and Ruth [(see year 1787)].
